Longboarding has been popular for a very long time. But recently, it’s been picking up speed among teens and young adults. And who can blame them? Faster than walking, much more fun than biking.
So, obviously, I had to get myself a longboard. Best purchase ever. When you’re speeding along a smooth path under the sun, you feel so free. I feel so calm. It’s euphoric. If you have to get exercise but don’t want to run, I would suggest longboarding. If you longboard for about one hour, you can burn around 420 calories, more if you go uphill, too.
